It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of York D. Poole, III, a beloved and integral member of The Moody Law Firm family. Having recently celebrated an incredible 50 years with the firm, York’s unwavering dedication, professionalism, and compassion left an enduring legacy on our team and the clients he so passionately served.
York was more than an exceptional Investigator; he was a mentor, a trusted friend, and a tireless advocate for Railroad Workers and their rights. His remarkable contributions to The Moody Law Firm and his steadfast commitment to supporting injured rail workers will be honored and remembered for generations to come.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to York’s family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. His presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will forever remain.
