Litigation Attorney (5–10 Years’ Experience)

The Moody Law Firm, Inc., a nationally recognized AV‑rated law firm located in Historic Olde Towne Portsmouth, Virginia, is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 5–10 years of experience in personal injury or complex litigation. Experience with the Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA) matters is a plus; however, we are equally interested in an attorney who is motivated to be trained and become proficient in handling cases under FELA.
We welcome applicants licensed in Virginia, as well as attorneys licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, or West Virginia who are interested in joining a respected and collaborative litigation team.
